Services included in chalet hire:
  • Staff at reception to show you to your chalet
  • Beds made on arrival (superior quality bed linen)
  • Cleaning products provided
  • Bathroom linen: bathrobes, towels and slippers provided
  • Final clean (excluding kitchen and washing up)
  • Underground car park beneath the hamlet, individual ski lockers
  • Lunch basket with organic, regional produce delivered to the chalet
  • Fire wood (€25 for 2 nights, €45 for 3 to 7 nights)
  • Use of STORVATT outdoor hot tub (for chalets with a hot tub): €120
  • New set of bath linen or bed linen
  • Daily cleaning service or cleaning on request
  • Kitchen clean
  • Dry-cleaning
  • The hamlet catering service (local ready-made dishes, wines & champagnes...)
  • Book activities with our partners: a table at a restaurant, skiing equipment rentals, ski lessons, snow boots, dog sledding, mountain biking, a walking guide, golf...
  • We can organize transport for you from the airports or stations at Perpignan, Carcassonne, Toulouse, Montpellier, Barcelona, Girona, and more.
Booking and cancellation conditions:
  • Rental and service rates include taxes
  • To book a chalet, you must sign a rental agreement including a statement of condition
  • There is an additional €0.50 tourist tax per day, per person for guests over the age of 13
  • Booking is confirmed after receipt of a down payment of:
  • 50% of the total fee for short stays (up to 3 nights)
  • 30% of the total fee for stays of 4 nights or more
  • The remainder of the payment must be made 1 month before arrival.
  • For bookings up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the entire fee must be paid upfront.
  • We accept bank transfers, cheques and credit cards.
  • A €1,500 deposit must be made on the day of arrival and will be reimbursed on the day of departure.
  • Stays from 3 to 7 nights: check-in from 4.30pm and check out before 10am.
  • Short stays (1-2 nights): check-in from 4pm and check-out until 12 noon (10am in the High Season)
  • Chalets are non-smoking & slippers must be worn indoors.
  • No pets 


  • For cancellations more than 45 days before arrival, we will retain the booking fee. This fee can be deducted from subsequent bookings.
  • 50% of the total fee will be retained in the event of cancellations 45 to 30 days before arrival.
  • The entire fee will be retained in the event of cancellations less than 30 days before
